The design and construction of a multi-usage building complex of 390'000 m2 in Shanghai.

The first part of the complex will included the Headquarters of a United Nations Agency, and offices spaces. The tenders for the construction of the first phase of 90'000 m^2 are planned for June 2008.
The second phase of 300'000 m^2 of the complex will include, offices, hotel and commercial spaces.
Its design studies should be starting in the second half of year 2008.
Both phases are planned to be cutting examples of Energy Efficiency and Green Buildings and development policy.

Total area of 270 km^2, located at the end of the New Zhejiang Hangzhou Bay Bridge (opened on May 1, 2008), in the Yangtze River Delta Region.
The infrastructures for the first Pilot Land Development 730 hectares has been completed end of March 2008.
The first cluster of this project (200 hectares dedicated to Green Buildings Industry) is now being supported and developed by a private Chinese promoter.
In order to illustrate and detail the contents and the goals of the project, a demonstration building of 3'000m^2 in the City is now being designed to start its construction in July 2008.
The advanced and updated study of the whole New City, its its first phase of about 30 km^2 and the Chinese candidates for its promotion will be presented to the Province and Central authorities during the Lugano Forum, as first step of their full support and approval process and to the interested European Business Partners, in view of progressively establishing an appropriate Consortium of Companies .

The realization in the DEVNET/TIPS pavillon of the Shanghai World Expo 2010 and for the entire Expo duration (six months) of a showcase of Energy-Efficient Buildings and Sustainable Urban Development Technologies, Products, Solutions and Applications.

Because of DEVNET/TIPS mission, the focus will be brought on the different approaches and different technologies of developed and developing countries also exploring and analysing the possible exchanges, and integrations. .
